Newton Stewardship Minutes
November 18th, 2014

The meeting was called to order at 8:08 AM by Mary Marshall. Ted Pekalsky, Mike Seekamp and Barbara DiBartolomeo were present.
Barbara DiBartolomeo made a motion to elect Mary Marshall as chairperson, Ted Pekalsky as vice chair and Barbara DiBartolomeo as secretary and that will be effective on January 1, 2015. Mike Seekamp seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous in favor.
The minutes of September 30th were approved and Mike Seekamp made a motion to accept them. Barbara seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Ted Pekalsky reviewed the site walk of October 28th. On walking the site at a later date he found a tire and will removed it. During the walk of October 28th the boundary markers on the Guscora property were difficult to find. Mary Marshall will address this with the Conservation Commission.
The annual report was completed. Mike Seekamp suggested that a new sign be placed on the barn. Barbara made a motion to accept the annual report and Mike seconded it. The motion passed unanimously.

- Fall walk 10/28/15 @ 8:00 AM
At 8:25 AM Barbara made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Mike seconded it. The motion passed unanimously.
